Kiana is a dedicated, enthusiastic and caring teacher. She has had the privilege of watching her students’ achievements at various national and international events, competitions, conservatoire exams, ABRSM exams including Diplomas. Her teaching methods are designed according to the students' aims, levels and individual learning styles, with many of her students continue their studies at conservatoires across UK. 
 
Kiana is currently working at Junior RNCM, Chetham's School of Music and Lancashire Music Service. She started her teaching career at higher education as a teaching assistant at the Royal Northern College of Music where she worked closely with the Head of Graduate school, Dr David Horne, in giving tuition to postgraduate students, ensuring a high quality teaching in the line with standards of the conservatoire.
 
She describes the best teaching method as the one that recognizes the students’ differences, identifies and applies the right pedagogical methods for each student. She is also conscientious about the wellbeing of the students, music performance anxiety (MPA) issues and performance-related injuries.
